I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Average shipping time: 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no additional cost.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with the subject line "CANCEL".

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

We may be able to correct the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Our team will review your request and, if the damage is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
